Sure, time takes some of the pain away.

But the only way to really make the pain go away is to love yourself unconditionally.​

That means you have to give to yourself unconditionally.

You have to give yourself attention more than you think is necessary, and feel satisfied in each category of self-mastery.​

You have to show up every day and put YOU as a priority, regardless of the conditions, and within the conditions, and because of the conditions.

​So it doesn’t matter what’s going on in your life, if you wanna keep growing and evolving, you have to make a list of things that feel good, and you have to make it important that it’s part of your daily routine.​

Then make a list of the things you want next in your vortex, and imagine what they feel like, and meditate often.

Clear your mind.

Slow down the momentum.​

Exercise.

Spend time in peace.​

Journal regularly.

Create art.

Don’t talk about low-frequency things.

Serve your purpose.

Rinse and repeat.

Thus, feeling good is the only way to heal any dis-ease.​

And showing up and investing in yourself through the daily practice of self-love, is the path of least resistance…
