She says, “life calls you to ask.”
So you have an experience and it makes you think things, and those thoughts about those things cause the effect of feelings, also known as emotions.
The chemical messengers that imprint information in your cells and they tell you what to do;
How to act, and how to be your human being.
And those chemicals you choose can be high frequency or low frequency, it’s really up to you.
But it’s important that you understand thhat who you’re being affects everything because what you feel, you make real.
If you choose to let low frequencies in your cells, then those cells will tell other cells and eventually you’ll become someone full of low-frequency cells.
And that acts as your point of attraction, so you’re like a magnet, attracting more of the same kinds of things that are creating your reality.
So if you don’t like your reality, then you need to change the way you feel, by changing the way you think, and it’s not easy.
Especially if you have a lot of momentum in low frequencies.
But this just means you need to be strategic in how you facilitate change.
You need to be consistent in doing the work to slow the momentum down.
You need to get off the path you’re on and take a look around, and get on higher ground.
You need to get clear on where you wanna go and what you wanna do with your life and what that would feel like, and who you wanna be, and then you gotta do the work to make sure your cells are on the same frequency.
The frequency of your dreams, and all the things in your vortex.
And then you gotta get tuned in to it so that it’s only inevitable that the universe will send to you all the things you need and want, and that will make you feel good more often than not.
And the more you feel good, the better life will be, and I dunno about you, but that to me feels really satisfying.
