 Well, hello there.

Nice to see you again.

I just wanted to jump in the camera, and share with you a little download that was coming through.

I might have lost it…

The time between the download, and actually getting set up getting my camera on is always a very small window of time, but it’s enough time to lose the download.

And then if I keep talking like this…

Get to the point, Sarah.

I wanted to talk about self mastery of course.

And you know awakening to our true potential.

More specifically, awakening the healer.

Like, whatever is in you whatever can come through.

You want it out.

You want it out.

It’s like, if you were to have a palette of paints well, the more colors you have on your palette.

The more options you have.

The more opportunity you have to create a masterpiece or to create something…

You just have more options, okay?

You have more options with more colors.

That being said, you know we can really create something beautiful with one color two colors three colors…

But if that’s all you ever have.

Well, eventually…

Eventually you’re gonna get bored.

Eventually you’re going to run out of ideas on how to use one color.

Say it’s the color red.

If all you ever use is the color red, well, you could paint everything, and anything with the color red. But eventually that would get boring wouldn’t it?

Yes, it would.

So my point is that doing the work to get more out of us…

To awaken more artist.

To awaken more love.

More potential.

We want to essentially activate more colors within ourselves so we can have more colors on our palette.

And it’s our pallet of self-awareness.

Our palette of self-acceptance.

Our palette of ideas, and the ability to take our ideas out of the thin air, and turn them into something.

Turn them into a masterpiece.

Turn them into an experience.

Turn them into a service.

Turn them into something real in this real world.

This really, really, really real, but fake world…

It’s pretty fake.

It’s pretty fake, but it’s pretty real, when you’re in it, right?

It’s pretty fucking real when you’re here.

So with that being said my real message was…

This process, and doing this work is so hard because, we have been taught to keep our palette small and narrow.

We’ve been taught that there’s only one color.

Actually, we’ve been taught that there’s only two shades.

Black and white.

That’s what we’re forced to see in this really fake world.

This really fake reality of limitations.

They don’t want us to know how powerful we could be, if we didn’t see shades, but if we saw colors.

And how we can use the shades, to make our colors more vibrant, and come more alive.

When you play with the contrast…when you play with the shadows.

And the brightness, and the exposure.

When you use that to really bring out the richness of the colors, and the depth.

That’s what makes life so magnificent, and so much more fun.

And so much more exciting.

When you have the tools to create what you want to create.

When you have the tools to bring your ideas to fruition.

See, the biggest part of the problem with human beings, is that because we’ve been taught there’s only black and white because we’re forced to live life with a pallet that has nothing to it…

Here, try to create a glorious life with a pallet that has nothing on it, except black and white.

By the way, this is my representation of a pallet, okay.

Imagine my hand is a pallet.

And so yeah, we are intuitively, and innately creative beings.

And, we have these emotions.

We have emotions that want to create.

Emotions that want to express.

Emotions that want to dance on the stage of life, and have experiences, and feel.

And use our feelings to make things to move forward.

But we’re not able to do that.

We’re not really doing that.

We’re not really being who we are because we have this palette of just black and white, and it’s not enough.

It’s not enough to bring forth what wants to come out.

It’s not enough for us to really express ourself.

To be the artist that we are because of the small world we live in.

We as individual human beings…

We don’t really know what it means to stand up, and to demand more colors.

To demand a bigger pallet.

And to demand the canvas to paint what we want to paint.

To demand a different way of doing life.

I know I’m going on a rabbit trail.

Get to the point Sarah…

What I’m trying to say is that, we don’t know what it’s like to really be creators of our own reality.

We don’t really know what it’s like to really be who we are.

And 99% of the population has no idea who they are.

They have no idea who they are.

And so when we decide to open the door to that world, and discover Self from a higher point of view.

When we decide to be the artist, and to start creating…it’s a whole new world, right?

And the challenge with it is that, it’s a world you don’t know anything about.

It’s unknown.

It’s scary.

Especially to who you’ve become.

Because who you’ve become is so small.

It’s so small.

You’re black and white world, right?

Your gray world.

That’s as far as it goes with black and white, bro…is very gray.

And it’s not that gray is bad, or wrong, or whatever.

It’s nothing really.

The point is, is that there is more to you than that.

There’s more to life than the gray, or the black and the white.

There’s more to life than we’ve been living, or what we’ve been taught.

And so when you’ve been living in a box, and suddenly you realize that you were in a box, and there’s this whole new world…

And you start to get glimpses of who you could be.

Oh, then who you could be, becomes who you really are.

And when you start to see and feel the connection between who you really are, it almost gets scarier.

And, the resistance gets bigger.

The doubt.

The gray.

The gray of reality that you’ve been living in…

It starts to suck you back into it.

It says, don’t go down that path, my friend you don’t have the tools…

You don’t know how to be that.

We only have gray.

We only have gray.

And, in order to be who you really are you have to have the full rainbow.

And, so in your gray world…

In your gray personality traits.

You can’t foresee…

You don’t understand how you would ever get the full rainbow.

And the full rainbow is very bright.

It’s a lot of energy.

It’s energy you’ve never experienced because you’ve been suppressed this information.

You’ve been taught that you are nothing.

You’ve been groomed, and abused to be a slave, and to give your power away to the television.

That television is telling your vision.

Imprinting in you stories…stories about the outside world that are made up, designed to take your power away.

To take your time, and energy…give you something to do.

Something to do while you’re here.

Watch tel-a-vision.

Learn this information.

And this is what so many people are used to doing.

And so they don’t know this other world.

They don’t realize that they could be telling their own vision if they just gave themselves permission to open the door and to face yourself.

It’s like, what you have to really appreciate, and innerstand, is that the process of stepping outside of the box, and opening the door to yourself, and really becoming the artist…

We have to appreciate that it’s like getting into a relationship, right?

And, it’s easy for us to get into relationships with other people.

And when I say easy, I mean easy in the sense, like, this is what we’re used to doing.

So this is what we know.

We know how to face someone else.

We know how to dissect and analyze someone else, and decide and discern, if this is someone we wanna get down with.

Is this someone I want to connect with sexually?

Is this someone I want to build a life with?

Invest in emotionally.

Financially.

Physically.

Mentally.

Emotionally…

So we know how to analyze this in someone else.

Well, we don’t necessarily know, but this is what we’re used to, right?

But to do that with yourself…

To make you the relationship that you invest everything into.

You.

You.

Which means you have to spend time with you.

You have to face you.

You have to look at you.

You have to talk to you.

You have to get to know you.

And you then have to fall in love with you.

Flaws, and all.

Mistakes, and all.

You have to know yourself.

But when you’ve been living in this very small world of validating yourself through other people…

Validating yourself through yourself…

It changes everything.

But it’s so hard to do because you have to be willing to face the judgements.

Face the monster.

Face the criticism.

Face the shadows.

Face the pain.

And in addition to that you have to be willing to then become who you really are.

You have to be willing to be the artist.

Be healed.

Be someone who doesn’t fight for their limitations.

Be someone who doesn’t judge others or criticize.

Be someone who incorporates all the different colors.

Be someone who understands each color…

Including the shades.

Be someone who forgives easily.

Be someone who loves easily.

Loves unconditionally.

These are qualities and characteristics that set us free.

This way of being.

When you can be that way, then you don’t have the emotional turmoil.

You don’t have the traumas, and the resistances, and the limitations in your mind, and in your heart blocking you off from limitless potential to which you could play in, and create with.

But this process…

The process of getting to that place…

That emotional freedom…

This is the work it takes work.

And every day…every day is a step.

And every day is an opportunity to make a choice.

To decide, am I going to invest in myself, and the relationship with myself?

Or am I going to run away from myself?

Invest in everyone else…

Co- depend and manipulate, and organize everyone else.

Just to avoid myself?

This is why accountability can be very, very valuable.

But ultimately, opening the door, and taking the path, and committing to the process is the only way to ever get what we’re looking for.

Regardless of who you are, what you want is yourself.

What you want is your art.

What you want is your heart.

So how do you get that?

How do you get that?

You had to take off your masks.

You had to take off the masks, and you have to take off the sheets, right?

This is the only way.

So ultimately, what I’m trying to say…

In the beginning of this process, it’s gonna be very hard.

And the more you start to see who you really are, the harder it gets because once you know, you can’t un-know.

You have to keep going, because if you don’t, not going, will kill you.

And so once you know it’s like you have to keep going…

You have to then become…

So not only are you doing the work, to get to know yourself which is really hard.

But you have to then do the work to become who you really are, which is even harder.

But then there’s the other part of it, and that’s actually being who you really are.

So there’s getting to know, and letting go, and becoming and being.

But eventually we get to this place where we are who we are.

And we’re not necessarily doing the work to break the habit of being ourself, and shedding these layers of pain.

Eventually, we don’t have to do that anymore.

I believe that.

If that’s not ever possible then this quest is futile, and why bother?

But I think we get to a place where the pain doesn’t affect us like it used to.

We’re not carrying the weight of the past anymore because we did the work to let it go.

We got out what was in us.

And this is why Art Mastery as a tool for doing this work, can be very helpful and very healing.

Documenting ourselves, and using that process as a tool for helping us get to know ourselves.

Otherwise, how else?

How else?

So yeah, the process is painful because it’s a lot of dying, and death is hard.

It’s a lot of dying and death is hard.

But eventually we do come back to life, in a much greater way.

In a much more profound way.

In a way that actually feels right.

And makes a difference.

So I know for me, when I first started everything…

I had this epiphany once upon a time when I was like, Holy fuck, I have a long way to go.

I just knew that it was gonna be, very painful because it was like that moment where I realized who I had become, and how that way of being was what was killing me.

And I didn’t want to keep dying like that.

I didn’t wanna feel like that.

And I also had this epiphany where I knew who I was…

Who I was supposed to be anyway.

And I knew I could not be this person if I wanted to be who I really was.

And it takes time.

It takes time for us to accept the quest of what it’s gonna take to not be this, and to just be this.

Now that changes the meaning of this entirely…

This is who I really am.

A big fuck you.

A big fuck you to the prison matrix we’ve all been indoctrinated into.

A big fuck you to the past.

A big fuck you to the pain.

And when I give all that a big fuck you now I am free to be who I really am.

The artist that I was always meant to be.

Sometimes the way up is down.

To really fall apart in so many painful ways, and in ways that seem so unnecessary, and so unfair.

And, it’s just like why is this happening?

And, for a really long time you don’t know why.

And for a really long time it feels like you died cause that’s what has to happen.

And in that death process, we really shed the layers of illusion, and the shadows that we’ve been hiding behind, as a way to protect ourselves

from not being who we really are.

Not being the rainbow.

Not being red.

Not being blue.

Not being yellow.

Not being green.

Not being teal.

Not being orange.

Not being whatever colors…

And so ultimately the pain we experience, and the limitations we experience are because we keep blocking ourselves off, from being who we really are.

But when we start really doing the work to be who we are…

To really letting the artist out.

The child out.

The heart out.

We let ourselves out.

And the more we let ourselves out, the more free we are to really be…out.

Everybody’s in the closet, aren’t they?

Everybody’s in the closet.

The true self closet.

Who are you really in this upside down world we live in?

We, care so much about the stupidest things…

Like we care so much about sexuality, and race, and the stock market.

And money.

And time.

And it’s just like those things so don’t matter in the way you think they do.

When you are in alignment with the truth of who you really are, and when you operate from a place of energy.

When you’re using all the colors.

When you’re activating your gifts, and when you’re in alignment with your mission.

It’s like you don’t rely on anything in the outside world to govern your ship.

Race…

Money…

Time…

What does that even mean?

I don’t understand what you’re talking about, bro.

All that stuff falls away because what really matters is energy.

What really matters is how we feel.

How we feel within affects our finances.

Our time.

Our fun.

Our life.

And how you live is how you die.

So it’s really important to innerstand how you’re creating your life.

And how you’re living life.

So with that being said, art mastery, and what I’ve done to become Artist Sarah Long, really utilized creativity, and art therapy, and different types of mixed media as a tool for going through my war of art and doing the work to turn pro.

And this website is a reflection of my progress.

This website…

This project, everything you see about me, I have intentionally created.

I became the healer.

I became the lover.

I became the artist.

I became the web designer.

The video editor.

The audio maker.

The photographer.

I became the architect.

I became the director.

The producer.

The editor.

The writer.

The main character.

I became who I am

and I created a way

to showcase my work.

Myself.

Because for me, if I didn’t do this…

If I didn’t express myself, in a way that makes sense to me, then I would always be at risk of playing the game, and succumbing to this box of grayness.

And for me…

That’s a hell of a life. that I don’t wanna live.

Gray is very boring after a while, isn’t it?

So I think that wraps up my good conversation on Art Mastery.

I wasn’t really planning this but I love it when things don’t go as planned.

I always say be in the moment.

Live in the present.

And just go with the flow.

And when you do that, that’s when you really experience the beauty of creativity.

And that’s when you really get the real and authentic stuff.

That’s when you get the ideas in the moment.

The inspiration.

And that’s really what I’m all about.

My art.

Everything I’ve done.

The content that I create.

The art that I make.

It wouldn’t have happened

if I wasn’t in the moment.

If I wasn’t present.

If I didn’t create the environment that I have.

Because this environment gives me the opportunity to be spontaneous.

And to seize the moment.

Seize the opportunity.

If I get an idea.

If I get a download.

If I don’t act on it within, you know 17 seconds of it coming out, I’ll lose it.

And this is true for everyone.

We have to remember that there’s a lot of of energy going on in our insides, and our outsides.

So you’re easily influenced by those energies.

But if you get yourself into a good vibrational place by doing the work.

And you’re always doing the work to calibrate to wellbeing, and getting yourself into a place you feel good often.

You are in the receiving mode.

Then you have the willpower, and the desire, and the discipline to capitalize on the downloads.

To capitalize on the information coming through you.

And that is creativity.

When ideas and information comes through you if you don’t seize it, that information and idea will go to someone else.

So it’s up to us to seize the information.

To seize the creativity.

It’s up to us to intentionally become the artist.

Intentionally create.

Intentionally make.

Intentionally invest.

Most people don’t have the desire, or the willpower to do what it takes to really become who they are.

To really be the change that we wanna see in the world.

And I think it’s too bad because I imagine this world could be so different if everybody really was in their power.

If everybody really was an artist.

If everybody was painting with the rainbow there wouldn’t be any closets would there?

No.

We’d all be free to create amazing things.

But if you’re one of those people

that knows there’s an artist

dying to come outta you, but you just don’t know how to get them out.

Well, well, well, well, you’ve come to the right place, and I’m here to tell you that alcohol inks can really help you get out what is in you because not only do they teach you about love.

They teach you how to move energy.

And how to create lines and shapes that feel amazing, and that information…

The information you get from alcohol inks, will imprint in you, information that will help you make better more self serving…

Self-loving decisions.

Which will then help you create a reality that is worth living.

And that’s what we’re all about.

That’s what it’s all about.

Creating a life that is rich and delicious.

Anyway, I’ve said enough.

I’ve said enough.

This was a very good conversation.

I really, really appreciate the time we’ve spent here together actually.

It’s been a good time.

It’s been a very good time.

Everything you see is by me, Artist Sarah Long.

I created Her.

She is me.

And thank you for joining us in this good, good conversation.

Arting is a great way to open the door to self mastery.

Good day.
