My work intricately exposes the contrasts between life and death, reality and memory, and the physical and spiritual, providing a platform for viewers to explore their own connection to true love amidst the collapse of darkness.

Thus, my mission is to help humanity activate dormant DNA and raise their frequency through colour energy and the art of self-mastery.

I’m Artist Sarah Long, and welcome to my vibrant realm of artistry and self-discovery.

Fun fact about me, I’ve always been an artist.

My journey began at the curious age of three, when I couldn’t resist the impulse to paint our living room fireplace with my mother’s Noxeema cream.

With unwavering confidence, I covered as many bricks as I could with that luscious, creamy white paste.

My parents were not exactly thrilled with my impromptu masterpiece, but little did they know it marked the genesis of my artistic identity.

It was the spark that ignited the fire within me.

Yet, like many natural-born artists, my path was not without its challenges.

Our world often stifles creativity and self-expression from a young age, conditioning us to conform to societal / Matrix norms.

Consequently, like countless other humans, my artistic journey was derailed when I was forced to embraced adulthood, and get a “real job”

I found myself on a dark and unexpected path in law enforcement, where my inner demons overshadowed me, and I masked my grief with the illusion of success and fulfillment.

By the time I realized I was in need of change, it was too late.

It all came crashing down so suddenly, in March 2016.

It was a quiet night.

I was laying in bed and my cat gave me cat scan, and that’s when I felt that sensation…

Panic washed over me.

My heart started beating rapidly.

Fear was pumping through my blood stream…

I knew my past had finally caught up to me.

It wasn’t long after that, that I was diagnosis with an aggressive breast cancer.

It was a heart-wrenching blow, but it also served as a wake-up call, urging me to reconnect with my true self, and to embrace the artist within, and thus, Artist Sarah Long was reborn.

But being born is a painful process. 

My original plan was to go to art school, but due to relentless health challenges, I couldn’t commit. But it turns out, you don’t need to go to art school to create something magnificent.

You just need to do the work to cultivate your creative Gifts. 

So I did what anyone in my shoes would do, and I forged my own path, creating my own version of “art skool” and immersing myself in the daily practice of art mastery and self-mastery. 

It all started with an exploration of mixed media and content creation as vehicle for self-expression and self-healing, leading me to birth ‘The Art Stories Project.’

But the real magic happened in 2018 when I stumbled upon Alcohol Inks.

It was like love at first sight.

The inks became my artistic muse, awakening me to the incredible healing power of colour energy and the hidden messages found within their enigmatic lines and shapes.

Fast forward to now, and I’ve amassed a catalog of over 100 art pieces.

My work has been showcased at RAW Artists, the White Rock Art Walk, and been featured in various Vancouver art events, connecting me with kindred spirits who share my passion for Alcohol Inks.

Recognizing the profound therapeutic potential of alcohol ink art, I ventured into the digital realm, establishing an online shop that reflects my core values of love, creative inspiration, and human support.

Inside this virtual haven, you’ll uncover my Alcohol Ink Art Store, The Art Stories Project, and Divine Guidance counselling.

My mission is to guide Artists and Humans alike, on their quest to become the very best versions of themselves, using the transformative tools of art and wellness.
