So I was sitting here contemplating myself and my current situation ship and it just makes me think about you know, the whole process of changing and healing.

And transforming and awakening.

The more you heal, or the more awakened you get, the more you shed old ways of being, like personality traits, and behaviors that were causing you to act a certain way, and acting that way was creating the lines and the shapes of your life.

These lines and shapes show up in your bank account.

In the kind of home you have, like your home environment, how it feels.

What it smells like.

How clean it is.

And it shows up in your relationships.

Like these lines and these shapes, that’s what creates our realities.

So it’s really important that we pay attention to our are lines and shapes, but it’s so hard, right, because in so many ways, what we really need to do is just put a pause on the way we’re doing things, because unless you put a pause on you’re not really gonna slow down the momentum.

And if you’re always going, and going and going, how can you really see where you’re going?

You can’t, and I just think it’s all by design.

That’s why this world is so obsessed with going and getting.

It’s so ego driven.

It’s like the majority of the population is traumatized so that’s how they act…they’re like flailing in everything that they do.

Most people show up in a state of like panic.

They wake up the first thing in the morning.

Your thought is coffee.

Not fresh air.

Not breath work.

Coffee.

Something that’s actually dehydrating you, and probably causing poor gut function…like irritable bowel.

Autoimmune conditions.

So the trauma bonding is created these emotionally dysregulated people who are going out in the world, and creating a reality, creating a reality. that affects everyone, cuz we’re all so connected.

So how I feel and how I show up influences so many other people that I interact with, or don’t even necessarily interact with but like what I’m projecting in my consciousness, has a influences everyone or how I feel affects the collective, whether we realize it or.

So, because this is how so many people are living, we just keep repeating the cycles over and over again, and what, what, what needs to happen…

Like in order for us to start truly healing, we have to slow down, and stop being who we’ve become.

Thus breaking the habit of being yourself requires you to stop being yourselves.

And this is the way I see it because I’m in the middle of doing this like I’ve been doing it for a while, but I’m in this place between Mars and Venus and it’s like this no man’s land.

I don’t exist in any time in any space or any place, but I’m everywhere.

And I’m like, I feel like I’m falling through the air.

Through the universe.

I have no parachute.

No spacesuit.

I feel like I got to a place where

I was being forced…

Pick a path.

And I think this is the next step to truly breaking the habit of who I was.

And this is the question everybody needs to start asking themselves because the reality is…

If you are not well, and if you’re living in this misery you’re not truly happy.

You’re technically on a burning plane.

Like a plane that is on fire and it’s crashing…

it’s heading towards a mountain.

So you know you’re going down….

Like being unhappy, and repeating these cycles is just so suffocating and so deadly.

But you don’t realize it because you’re just trying not to pay attention.

Trying not to look…

Distract yourself with social media.

I don’t have to face the way I feel.

If I just keep giving my attention to everything else outside of myself.

Go buy something.

Go get something…you know

Go manipulate someone.

Go suck energy from someone else.

Like the narcissist knows they’re done.

They know that they’re so empty.

And, I just think that the qualities of narcissism is so prevalent because so many people are just so miserable and traumatized.

And so the grief, the grief is so deep into the infrastructures of society, families, communities.

It’s like everybody’s just so…

So heartbroken.

It just doesn’t go away by ignoring it.

It doesn’t go away when we escape in our cell phones.

It needs to be dealt with.

And how we deal with it is through self-love.

And so the way I see it, for my own personal situation ship…

I’ve realized that I’m on this plane, and I’ve been thinking this entire time that I have to stay on it.

It’s like this is my only option, and I know I’m going down.

I’ve been going down for a long fucking time…it’s crazy.

And this is why I have compassion for you if you are where I was, where you’re just oblivious to how miserable you are.

Oblivious to how powerful you are.

So you’re blinded by this illusion that the burning plane heading towards a mountain.

It’s okay.

It’s okay cuz you’re gonna die anyway, so might as well accept that, and embrace your death by being ignorant to the reality that you’re actually not driving the plane, and you don’t have to stay on the plane.

You don’t have to stay.

You don’t have to stay in the pain…

But society, and people, our friends, our family, like for some reason is just like so disempowering.

Everything is so disempowering, but I just think it’s because the energy that everybody is showing up with every day is a disempowering energy because you’re miserable…

You’re miserable.

The chronic trauma bonding that’s been going on for just the past century.

So the reality is most people on this planet right now are severely traumatized in some way.

Whether it’s from, you know, family traumas.

Childhood traumas is so huge.

Or just, you know, war trauma, pandemic trauma, media trauma.

Constant, constant, constant trauma.

Let’s not forget about the alien abductions whether you wanna believe it or not there is some degree of truth to it.

Otherwise it wouldn’t be so prevelant.

And so suppressed.

Why is it so suppressed?

What are we not being fucking told?

I just think there’s so much more going on here to keep humanity small so that you never, ever, ever blossom, so you never really activate all that beautiful DNA.

That 95% you got tucked away.

Who are you really?

The trauma…

The energy.

The weight.

The distortion.

The murkiness.

The heaviness of trauma makes it really, really, really hard to think greater than that story.

Those stories, however many stories, but usually if you’ve got one, you’ve got more than one because it’s the way energy goes, right?

If we don’t really heal then we are constantly carrying with us that energy of pain, and sadness, and grief

Shame and insecurities.

And so it’s like, this happened to me, and I just keep moving on.

I never deal with it.

And then over time

You carry that energy of sadness with you.

It sticks to you.

It sticks in your body, and your fascia, and in your organs, and your mind.

And it blocks off your heart.

So every time you don’t deal with a sad story, it’s like putting this layer of protection over yourself.

And then you start to seize up and you start to feel very frustrated, and very rigid.

And very anxious.

And uncertain.

And not confident.

You just start to collapse within because you haven’t dealt with the emotions.

The emotions of these very confusing, and scary stories.

So there’s a lot invested into keeping the 99% of us glorious humans…

There’s a lot of money invested into keeping us suppressed and depressed.

Ask yourself why, and pay attention to where and when you are being traumatized by the outside world, and do the work…

Do the work to jump off the plane because we don’t have to put up with it.

Drive your own plane.

Drive your own plane.

Get off of that plane, and drive your own.

So how do we do that, right?

That’s the hardest part because if you’re putting two and two together like I did, then you realize you have to jump out of the plane, no parachute…

No parachute because there isn’t one.

Just like there is nowhere to go for real help.

You can’t go to your doctor for help

with your grief unless of course you want some like antidepressants from a toxic, demonic pharmaceutical company.

Okay, sure Doc.

I’ll take that.

Let’s pop my pills and take my sadness away so I don’t have to face it.

Your doctor ain’t gonna help you bro.

And your lawyer ain’t gonna help you.

And your priest ain’t gonna help you.

And your mother ain’t gonna help you.

And your father ain’t gonna help you.

And your friends ain’t gonna help you.

And your kids ain’t gonna help you.

And nothing’s gonna help you.

So you must be willing to help yourself.

You must be willing to help yourself.

You must be willing to help yourself..

This is where the power of God…

Of love.

Of faith.

Of trust.

Of acceptance that we don’t really die but you can live millions of lives over and over again, repeating the same storylines if you don’t do the work to free yourself to really fall in love.

Fall in love…

Being on the plane.

Giving your power away is complete fear and trauma bond.

We hold on to what we know, even though it’s making us miserable because I don’t feel powerful within myself.

I don’t have what it takes to be on my own, and I’m terrified to jump.

I’m terrified to jump.

I cannot jump until I’m ready and you will never be ready, my friend, because guess what?

Guess what?

It’s so easy to get complacent.

Even if you’re miserable.

Even if you’re suffering.

Even if you’re tired of feeling on fire…

If you’re tired of the weight of this relationship or this and that.

The problem is we just don’t know what love really is.

So of course you don’t trust it.

Of course, you need a parachute.

Of course you’re gonna stay on the burning plane taking you into hell.

This life.

The past life…

The past life…

The past life…

The next life.

We keep repeating the stories like a spiral, but you can change your spiral experiences.

So you know you’re always going to be kind of on a plane.

The question is what kind of plane do you wanna be on?

And who’s driving it?

Who’s driving it?

You or them?

Who are you?

Should you be driving your own plane?

Are you a monster?

Are you insane?

So the way I see it, it’s like if you are realizing that you’re on a burning plane, and you want to get off, but you are afraid to jump.

But just being aware of that reality…

Like, this is what’s up and this isn’t what I want.

Now you can start doing something about it.

So what you have to do is you have to empower yourself with a parachute.

And the parachute is love.

The parachute is confidence.

The parachute is trust.

Faith in myself that I do in fact have wings.

I just never had to use them, so I didn’t know they existed.

But if you push yourself…

If you’re willing to take that leap of faith…

The leap of faith that if I’m willing to die on this plane, I’m willing to die by falling through the sky, and falling in in love…

Falling into love.

Thus, my faith and trust is going to catch me.

And you have no idea…

No, you don’t have any idea what happens when you jump but just know just know that it’s far bigger and better, than what you are currently experiencing.

So sometimes that jump requires you walking away from a relationship…

People.

Places.

Things that you think you love.

Or things that you think are keeping you supported but they’re not.

If you’re really honest with yourself they’re not.

So we have to be willing to walk away.

Ready or not.

You don’t have time to waste.

But with that being said, it does take time to get ready to do that.

Be patient with yourself, but be diligent in the daily practice of filling yourself up because that self love.

Giving to yourself in any way that you can to soothe your pain, especially in the body.

If you can soothe your body pain, then you’re going to create space within you to think better feeling thoughts.

And so it’s like this practice that you know…

I know what’s up.

I know I want to get out.

Now I’m doing the vibrational work to calibrate to wellbeing, empowering myself.

And every time you do that, you expand your mind, and you open your heart.

And in doing so, you start to change the way you think, feel, and act, and the actions you take are carving your path.

Creating your reality.

Creating your lines and shapes.

So as you can see, if you fill yourself up with love, eventually you’re going to start changing the lines and shapes in your bank account.

The lines and shapes in your home.

The lines and shapes in your relationships.

Things are gonna start to feel better because now you are acting from a feeling better place.

And over time, eventually you’re going to get the courage to jump off of the burning plane.

And you might not be ready in the way you think you need to be ready, but you’ll know when you’re ready.

Vibrationally.

Intuitively.

Energetically.

And this is what we have to really start to shift our mindset, and in recognizing that this quest…this path.

This journey to healing, and true self mastery isn’t a thinking journey.

You’re not gonna think your way there, but if you tune your dial.

Tune the way you feel…

Pay attention to how you feel, and feel your way there.

Caring enough about how you feel, and recognizing the difference between feeling good, not feeling good, and being willing to do what feels good.

Stop the trauma bonding within yourself.

Stop allowing yourself to be hurt.

Stop allowing yourself to settle in situations that don’t feel good.

You have to become the parent.

The health detective.

The teacher.

The lawyer.

The doctor.

The lover.

The friend.

All the things…

You have to be that for yourself, because no one is going to do this for you.

In fact, quite the opposite.

Probably the people in your life…

If you were to start pursuing the quest seriously, and thus, start putting up boundaries.

And stopped accepting abusive behavior.

And you just shut it out.

No more.

When you do that, these people are gonna come back, and they’re gonna try to fight, to keep you down because these are parasites.

This is the energy that doesn’t want you to awaken.

They don’t want you to activate your DNA because if you do, then you will be more powerful than them.

And that is what they’re trying to suppress, because they know when we all start to really activate our gifts that we are truly going to shift the way this matrix operates, and they will lose their source of supply.

Their adrenocrome will go byebye.

Their organs and their harvestings…

And their human trafficking, and their crimes against humanity, is all going to stop because God said, no fucking more…enough is enough.

God is also saying…

Humans wake the fuck up.

Time to grow up.

Time to start waking yourselves up from the sleep…

Are you in the dream or are you the dreamer?

The choice is yours…

But not really…

But not really.

Nothing can stop what’s coming so we must be willing to do the work today.

Every second of the day, be willing to ask yourself, “am I cultivating the parachute within?

Am I cultivating the love within?

Am I being a good lover?

Healer?

Friend?

Do I feel good?

Do I radiate love, and abundance, and trust, and faith, and happiness?

Or am I bitter and frustrated, and do I have a chip on my back?

Do I overreact?

Do I try to force other people’s approval and attention?

Do I try to force myself into other people’s lives out of desperation?

Self-reflection and self-awareness is the first step to slowing down the momentum of how we’ve been, and thus being able to be more discerning in how we show up or what we do.

What are we doing to break the habit of being ourselves?

What are we doing to become super natural.

To activate our DNA and to really start using our wings?

Our angel wings.

It’s like humans just need to start taking more responsibility for who and what you really are.

It’s just so annoying when you have to wait for these sleepwalkers.

These, Karens.

These Debbie downers…

These narcissistic, parasitic, demonic…

Empty vessels.

Like what are we waiting for you for?

You are not even real.

But I don’t know.

We’re all one, aren’t we?

We’re all one…

Any who, that’s my rant for today.

I feel very excited about where things are going, because you know, once you know, it just changes everything.

You can’t unknow what you know, so you have to keep going.

And it’s like when you finally get to that place where you’re willing to jump, because you realize now that you are more powerful than that burning plane…

It’s a very exciting place to be, because now you feel like something might happen.

You might die…

You might fall to your death, but we don’t die.

So you’ll come back, and at least when you come back, you’ll have that experience knowing I had the courage to jump.

So whether you make it out alive in this life is irrelevant.

Just having the courage to jump is so critical to your evolution…

Your expansion.

And so I’d rather jump and die, than to stay on the burning plane and live a miserable life, and probably do it again in the next life.

No Thank You.

So that’s why for me this work is so important in this life because I see the patterns.

I see the karma, and I know what it takes to change it.

To stop it.

And it doesn’t happen overnight.

It takes so much.

It takes the courage, and the willingness to die every day.

Because in order to cultivate that parachute, and in order to do this work, you have to be willing to let go, of what you think you know.

So letting go of that fear and that trauma bond is a daily practice that happens over time.

But the more you do the work, and the more consistent you are, the more you’re changing that dial.

And eventually you just end up on a different frequency.

So patience is so important.

Basically changing your behavior, right?

Changing your behavior.

It’s like changing a programming.

So I’m really excited to see where I land or who catches me.

And the best part is, it’s been day 18 since I jumped off the plane.

And so much has happened…

Like I’m falling through the sky but I’m not afraid.

And I’ve been able to do so much more, than what I have been able to do, because being on the plane keeps you stuck.

Even if you think you’re making progress, it’s probably super slow progress because the energy is so heavy, and so toxic.

And so depressing, right?

And so when you finally jump, it’s like, yeah, I might not have ground under my feet per se, but at least I’m not feeling the pressure or the feeling…

The effects of that very low frequency energy.

And I’m feeling the effects of faith and trust.

I’m feeling the effects of divine guidance.

God.

God is an energy.

Unconditional love.

We just have to let go of what that looks like.

What we think that looks like.

Anyway, with all that being said, you know, spirituality and doing this work to think in an entirely different way it takes, umm…

Discipline, and the willingness to be constantly learning.

And you’re basically trying to unlearn, and learn at the same time.

Unlearn how you were trained to think and feel, and, learn an entirely different way.

But to find that information it’s like you really have to be diligent, and it’s a lifestyle that you have to practice, all the time.

But if you are here to awaken…

And to heal.

Then you’re being called to do the work.

And, so this work requires us to die every day and to be reborn, and to be willing to break the habit of being ourselves.

Becoming supernatural.

Becoming real life love machines.

Becoming the creators of our own realities.

It’s so much better than how we’ve been living.

It’s just the journey to get there is very painful…

But that’s the ego.
